Terms of Service and Legal Agreement

Welcome to Home Comfort Cuisines! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our in-home meal preparation and nutrition coaching services. By engaging with Home Comfort Cuisines, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services Provided
Home Comfort Cuisines provides:
In-Home Meal Preparation Services: Customized meal preparation tailored to your dietary needs, preferences, and nutritional goals.
Nutrition Coaching Services: Guidance and education to help you achieve personalized health and wellness goals.
Our services are tailored to individual clients and are not intended as medical or dietary treatment unless otherwise specified by a licensed healthcare provider.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the quality and safety of services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information regarding dietary preferences, allergies, and health conditions.
Ensure a safe and sanitary environment for in-home meal preparation, including access to a functional kitchen and required utensils/appliances.
Notify Home Comfort Cuisines of any changes in dietary needs or health status.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for services is required as outlined on the website or invoice.
You may cancel your subscriptions at any time via email at least 3 business days prior to your billing date.
Please be aware that we do not offer the option to pause or refund services.
Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.
4. Limitations of Liability
Home Comfort Cuisines is not liable for adverse reactions, including but not limited to allergies or sensitivities, resulting from consumption of meals prepared based on information provided by the client.
Nutrition coaching services are advisory and not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice. Consult your healthcare provider before implementing recommendations.
5. Confidentiality and Privacy
Home Comfort Cuisines respects your privacy. Personal and health information will only be used to provide services and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
6. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Clients may reschedule Nutrition Coaching service with at least 24 hours' notice and Meal Prep service at least 72 hours’ notice.
Please note that our subscriptions and services are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Cancellations will not result in a refund, and once canceled, appointments cannot be rescheduled.
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
7. Termination of Services
Home Comfort Cuisines reserves the right to terminate services if:
Unsafe or unsanitary conditions are present.
Payment is not made in accordance with the terms.
Client behavior is abusive or inappropriate.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Home Comfort Cuisines, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of our services.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will first be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration under North Carolina state law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
Home Comfort Cuisines may update these Terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of any changes. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
