  • Option to do macro-based nutrition or macro-free nutrition through photo food journaling.

Basic Nutrition Coaching

  • Weekly 30 minutes sessions.

  • Weekly check-in to assess macros, hunger, energy levels, sleep, stress, and performance.

  • Discuss nutrition history, current goals, road blocks and lifestyle.

  • Written feedback with a quick advice for the upcoming week.

  • Personalized nutrition plan with adjustments as necessary.

One-Time Nutrition Coaching

  • Includes a 60 minutes session.

  • Complete a questionnaire before call to discuss your nutrition history, current goals, road blocks, and lifestyle.

  • You will received a tailored plan with actionable items and nutrition recommendations within 24 hours of your call.

  • You’ll receive a meal plan and resources to help you succeed on your own.
